SERVICE REQUIREMENTS

Hair must be washed, well combed And dandruff free.
Dirty, matted hair will be refused service
No products in hair prior to appointment
Hair must be at reasonable length to be braided (if your hair is short, please send a photo before booking)
Not more than one extra person is allowed during appointments as distractions will lead to longer time spent.

BOOKING POLICY

A non-refundable deposit of $30 is required to secure a booking.
Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstance but happy to reschedule if given atleast 72hours prior notice
Your deposit goes to the total amount of your selected service
There will be an additional charge of $50 for lateness as there’s only a grace period of 15 minutes.
Appointment will be cancelled after 30 minutes of no show
Address for your appointment will be sent via text/email prior to your appointment

Extensions are provided for some selected services.
