SERVICE REQUIREMENTS

• Hair must be washed, well combed And dandruff free.
  Dirty, matted hair will be refused service
• No products in hair prior to appointment
• Hair must be at reasonable length to be braided (if your hair is short, please send a photo before booking)
• Not more than one extra person is allowed during appointments as distractions will lead to longer time spent.

BOOKING POLICY

• A non-refundable deposit of $30 is required to secure a booking.
• Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstance but happy to reschedule if given atleast 72hours prior notice
• Your deposit goes to the total amount of your selected service
• There will be an additional charge of $50 for lateness as there’s only a grace period of 15 minutes.
• Appointment will be cancelled after 30 minutes of no show
• Address for your appointment will be sent via text/email prior to your appointment

• Extensions are provided for some selected services.
